Cancellation and Refund

We strive to provide utmost attention to our customer needs. Due to the nature of the business, Company hereby adheres to the following cancellation and refund policies.

CANCELLATION:

1. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing support@orderific.com. Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.

REFUNDS:

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Send an mail to support@orderific.com for the refund of money within 15-day of purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

2. After sending a refund request, please allow one business day to process your request. You should expect an email regarding your problem from our representatives with additional information and follow the recommendations mentioned.

3. On approval of a refund, allow one business day to process it. Money will be returned in the same form of currency used for the purchase. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Getaway Name refunds will be made to the same account.
